AgentPress is a marketing materials platform for real estate brokerages. We collect and process personal information to provide the Service, process payments, improve our platform, and communicate with you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

2.1 Information You Provide
We collect the following categories of personal information that you provide directly:
- Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account or are provisioned as an agent.
- Agent profile data: Phone number, professional headshot photo, job title, real estate license number, and professional designations.
- Organization data: Brokerage name, brand assets (logos, colors, fonts), office locations, and contact information.
- Listing data: Property addresses, listing prices, property descriptions, property photos, and other real estate listing details that you enter manually or import via URL.
- Payment information: Billing name, billing address, and payment card details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support, requesting a demo, or submitting feedback.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, templates selected, materials created, and download activity.
- Device information: Browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and device type.
- Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Listing data from URLs: When you use the listing import feature, we scrape publicly available property information from the URL you provide.
- Payment data from Stripe: We receive transaction confirmations, subscription status, and billing events from Stripe.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service: Rendering templates, populating agent profiles, processing listing data, generating AI content, and enabling downloads.
- Account management: Creating and managing accounts, authenticating users, and enforcing organization-level access controls.
- Billing: Processing subscription payments, managing billing cycles, and sending invoices and receipts.
- AI content generation: Sending listing data and contextual information to AI providers to generate property descriptions and marketing copy at your request.
- Communication: Responding to support requests, sending service notifications, and providing product updates.
- Improvement: Analyzing aggregated usage patterns to improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Security: Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Legal compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
4. Information Sharing

- Within your organization: Agent profile information is visible to administrators within your brokerage organization.

5. Third-Party Services
AgentPress integrates with the following third-party services:

6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences, such as selected template options or form state.
- Analytics cookies: We may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used in aggregate. These tools may set cookies to track sessions.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the Service.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information as follows:
- Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active and the subscription is in good standing.
- After cancellation: We retain account data for 90 days after subscription cancellation to allow for reactivation. After this period, we will delete or anonymize your data.
- Billing records: We retain billing and transaction records for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Support communications: We retain support correspondence for up to 2 years for quality and training purposes.
- Aggregated data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for analytical purposes.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Row-level security policies to isolate organization data
- Regular security reviews and updates
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
